How to find your Activation ID

Your Activation ID or Serial Number can be found on the Activation certificate included with your software. A Device or Machine ID gets automatically generated by your software upon installation. A software license file will be available as a download upon successful completion of this form. If you fill out a valid email, we will also email the software license file to you.

What is auto renew?

If you originally purchased your product, Upgrade & Support plan, or Subscription through the Avid Web Store and you have Auto Renewal turned ON, you do not need to do anything to renew your plan or subscription. If Auto Renewal is ON and you have valid Credit Card information saved in your account, then you will automatically be renewed for another year on your expiration date. In order to renew your Upgrade & Support plan or Annual Subscription using the process below, you must turn OFF Auto Renewal. If Auto Renewal is turned ON, you will not see the options to renew your plan or subscription.
